"We had spent a long day at the venue - the booking was for 2330. We started trying to contact the company at 2340. I left messages and didn't get a response until 0005. The venue staff offered to get us a cab as they were worried as we had been standing outside for half an hour. When the driver did turn up he was apologetic and blamed road works for the delay. An hour of waiting isn't acceptable and over half an hour to find out if your cab is actually going to arrive isn't acceptable either. The driver was however polite and the journey went smoothly."

"I had an airport drop off early am and the driver James was great. However James was not who picked me up at 11:30pm after my return flight. At 9pm James sent me this message “Good evening, hope you’ve had a lovely day in Ireland. Just wanted to let you know if won’t be myself picking you up it will be Steve. He will pick you up from where I dropped you off this morning in a silver Ford Galaxy. I have passed him your number, if you could please call xxxxxx once you come through customs he can meet you at the pickup point Thankyou James.” I had to request that Steve meet me inside instead of outside. Which he did, however he didn’t have a sign. I had to call him to find him. Then it took over 2 hours to get home because he didn’t have a gps turned on to avoid the road closures. It should have only taken an hour and 10 mins. I arrived home at 1:30am. It was very clear that he was working without enough sleep as he was driving past the lines. I was relieved to finally make it home as the last 30 mins felt very unsafe. "
